Each bartender has their own bar kit. They will have all the equipment they need to bartend. Their kit includes, speed pours, shakers, bottle openers, spill mats, an ice bin, and a garnish tray.

Usually it takes the bartenders about 45-60 minutes to set up the bars (depending on what kind of event it is). For a wedding , we come in atleast 2 hours before bar starts for setup.

For up to 50 guests, one bartender is perfect. Hosting 50 to 80 guests? Opt for one bartender and one barback. With 100 to 150 guests, consider two bartenders and one barback. For larger gatherings (150 to 200 guests), three bartenders & one barback to ensure smooth service.
