What forms of payment do you take and how much is the deposit?
Deposit is 50% once booking with us. We take all forms of payment. We take checks, venmo, zelle, paypal and credit card. With credit card there is a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
How far do you travel?
We are officially based in Palm Springs but we travel all over southern california and have offices in Los Angeles and San Diego.
Can we do a cash bar at a private event?
Often, yes. Cash bars require venue approval for alcohol sales and are subject to a minimum sales guarantee. All alcohol sales are conducted through our licensed, ABC-compliant partners. Send us your event details and we'll confirm what's possible.
What’s required to reserve my date?
A signed agreement and deposit reserve your date. We're unable to hold dates without both, since our calendar fills fast during peak season.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season in the Coachella Valley (spring and fall) books quickly. We recommend reaching out 3 to 6 months ahead for weddings and 4 to 6 weeks for smaller events. Last-minute dates are sometimes available, so it never hurts to ask.
How much alcohol should I buy for my event?
We handle that math for you. Once you book, we build a custom shopping list based on your guest count, service hours, drink menu, and season, so you don't overspend or run out.
Do you provide the alcohol?
For our Service Packages, you purchase the alcohol and we provide everything else, including a shopping list tailored to your guest count and menu so you buy exactly the right amount. For our Full-Service Bar Programs, alcohol is included and provided through our licensed, ABC-compliant partners.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, Indian Wells, Cathedral City, Joshua Tree, and the greater Coachella Valley, with service available throughout Southern California for larger events.
Is a cash bar appropriate for a wedding?
We generally recommend a hosted bar for weddings. Guests attending a wedding expect drinks to be included, and a hosted bar is part of the experience they'll remember. See our wedding bar packages for options at every level.
Can we host some drinks and let guests pay for the rest?
Absolutely. Hosted-first-hour, drink tickets, and beer-and-wine-hosted setups are all popular hybrid options. We'll help you choose the structure that fits your event and budget.
