A cash bar gives your event a full professional bar while guests purchase their own drinks. You cover a service fee, your guests cover their drinks, and there’s no open bar tab. Here’s exactly how it works.

A signed agreement and deposit reserve your date. We’re unable to hold dates without both, since our calendar fills fast during peak season.

Peak season in the Coachella Valley (spring and fall) books quickly. We recommend reaching out 3 to 6 months ahead for weddings and 4 to 6 weeks for smaller events. Last-minute dates are sometimes available, so it never hurts to ask.

We handle that math for you. Once you book, we build a custom shopping list based on your guest count, service hours, drink menu, and season, so you don’t overspend or run out.

Usually it takes the bartenders about 45-60 minutes to set up the bars (depending on what kind of event it is).

  • For up to 50 guests, one bartender is perfect.

  • With 100 to 150 guests, consider two bartenders and one barback.
