Chef Sarena graduated from Le Cordon Bleu California School of Culinary arts in 2006. She has been in the cooking industry for over 10 years now.
She is french trained and has experienced with international cuisine. She is extensive knowledgeable in dietary restrictions, allergies, healthy living diets. (Paleo, low carb, Atkins, etc). Chef Sarena prepares dishes from fresh ingredients and can also accommodate vegans, vegetarians, raw foodist, organic, gluten free, etc.
